Diabetes is a disease, which is caused by either malfunctioning or non-functioning of Pancreas in the body. The body either stops producing or starts producing insulin in an eccentric manner; causing increase the level of sugar or sometimes even decrease it. Reiki is one of the strongest alternative medicine system by which Diabetes can be brought under control and can be cured permanently. We have seen that 100% people respond to Reiki treatment in controlling Diabetes, but some achieve better results than others, the main reason for which is either they are not doing the complete Reiki positions or are not applying the mental/emotional symbol properly. Given below are certain tips, if you follow them properly you should be able to help yourself and others to control and cure Diabetes.

1. As you are aware that if a disease is there in the body for a long period, it will take a prolonged treatment to cure, but the results should start pouring in with a 2-3 week treatment. So, you should be patient and should not loose your heart with just a few days treatment.

2. Aura should be smoothened before starting the treatment.

3. Special diabetes positions should also be applied besides the full body treatment for at least 6-8 minutes each which are: 1. Head position no. 1, 2. Place your hands on the lower left ribs and directly below. 3. One hand should be placed across the thymus gland and the other at a right angle below and between the breasts (with both hands together forming a "T"). 4. The hands should be placed on the soles of the feet; the big toes must be covered from the tips. And 5. Both the elbows should also be treated for at least 10 minutes.

4. Special hot water treatment should be given regularly to the feet by dipping them for 15 minutes in the hot water mixed with rock salt up to the ankle level just before going to the bed.

5. Pancreas is an organ, which is linked with Solar Plexus Chakra; sometimes some emotions are stuck in the chakra to block it. You can remove this blockage by 1. Repeating the statement that "I have been cured of diabetes" on the second head position again and again with the emotional/mental symbol. 2. By placing your hands directly on Solar Plexus Chakra and repeating the statements given in our second-degree manual to remove the blockages of the Chakra.

6. Solar Plexus Chakra should be balanced with Heart Chakra.

7. Though very rarely this disease is a karmic pattern, but sometimes it is. You can know the reason by placing your hands on the second head position and applying the distance healing symbol with the statement "Why I am suffering of diabetes?' for at least 15 minutes and doing the needful after knowing the cause.

8. Should give two energy strokes at the end of the session.
